This site is the personal portfolio of Tiphanie Rafter, a freelance web designer based in Beverly, MA. This policy explains what information I collect and how I use it. I keep it simple, because the site is simple.
What I collect
The only personal information I collect is what you choose to give me. If you use the contact form or email me, I receive your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message. I don't ask for anything else. Like most websites, my hosting provider may automatically log basic technical data (such as browser type, device, and general location) to keep the site secure and running. I don't use that to identify you.
How I use it
I use what you send only to read and reply to your message and to talk through a possible project. I do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing.
Who else handles your data
To run the site and receive messages, I rely on a few trusted providers, such as my website host and the service that delivers contact-form submissions to me. They process your data only to provide those services.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Any basic analytics I use are aggregated and not used to identify individuals.
How long I keep it
I keep your message and details as long as needed to respond, and for project records if we work together. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what information I hold, or ask me to correct or delete it, by emailing designsbytiphanie@gmail.com.
Changes
If I update this policy, I'll change the date at the top.
